As of March 20th 2013, it seems as if my blog has taken a turn towards a fitness blog. It is my new obsession I think. I am not a gym rat who spends six hours a day at the gym. But rather, I feel my day isn't complete unless I run, lift, or do some sort of activity where I sweat.
