Week two into my new job.
Have been eating a little better and had a great workout yesterday. Going to get another good workout in this morning before heading into the new job then my Sheriff’s reserve meeting tonight.
Feeling good, and this workout should propel me energy wise for the 12 hour work/meeting day I am about to have.
My workout routine is doing an Insanity workout video at home then 50 curls (5x10) on each arm with a 25 pound dumbbell.
Soon, I should have access to the gym at the Police substation located under our local airport. Then, I can incorporate more weight lifting/resistance training into my regiment.
After a couple more weeks, I think I will sign up for a new gym membership so I have even more options to diversify my workout.
